Hamptons inspired family home among the gum trees.
Challenged by a high bushfire attack level rating (BAL 40), this home on the banks of the Yarra River was designed to bring a little bit of the Hamptons home to Warrandyte.
Cleverly designed with family living in mind, the home features 4 bedrooms plus study, open plan kitchen and living and a central alfresco area.
Outside clever design accents including stone cladding and James Hardie Linear weatherboards maintain the Hamptons aesthetics, whilst also meeting all requirements of a high BAL rating. providing protection from potential bushfire threat.
Inside, timber cladding on the celling draws on elements of the surrounding bushland, complemented by large double-glazed windows. A custom joinery kitchen and central outdoor living space matched our clients brief with family living and entertaining in mind.
